We are looking for a Financial Controller to be employed under the Finance Directorate at our international, foreign-capital client company operating in the white goods supply industry.

This position plays a critical role in supporting senior management with financial analysis, planning, and reporting, contributing directly to strategic decision-making processes. Candidates with a strong production-oriented mindset, who can derive insights from data and work in a result-driven structure, are especially preferred.

💡 Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling
• English at B2 proficiency level
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Excel (SAP is mandatory)
• Proficiency in IFRS, cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess risks and opportunities

📍 Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, or Çorlu.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Finance Director in planning, forecasting, and special projects
2. Prepare monthly cost, variance, production, and performance reports
3. Manage annual budget, investment plans, and rolling forecast processes
4. Conduct monthly closing processes in SAP
5. Assist with internal and external audits; organize and report physical inventory counts
6. Improve processes using SAP and digital tools; lead automation projects
7. Report data to external institutions such as the Central Bank and Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK)
8. Conduct product margin analyses and benchmarking with EU locations
9. Create financial "what-if" scenarios and contribute to special projects
