We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist for the Sales & Marketing Department of our client.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in sectors such as security technologies, camera systems, X-Ray devices, BHS systems, radar, or IT solutions
• Experience in working with public institutions (Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Interior/Defense) and managing tender processes
• Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Holder of a category B driver’s license and active driver
• Flexible, self-motivated, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankara
• Available for domestic and international business travel

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Monitor public and private sector tenders, prepare tender documents, manage the bidding process, and finalize contracts
2. Develop new customer profiles across Turkey and build strong relationships with existing clients
3. Expand and manage representative channels
