In case of a need, it uses many other candidate search methods together with its network and starts to present the most eligible candidates to the customer within 3 days after the interviews.

In the hidden-company name cases, the name of the company is not shared with the candidate till the time of the interview which will be held between the company and the candidate.

During this period, especially it focuses on the concrete successes of the candidates in the companies for which the candidates worked. It analyzes the conformity of the competency of the candidate to the expectations of the customer from the position.
